Grocery U sent me a complimentary copy of their audio series to review. It is almost 2 1/2 hours long that can be downloaded to a CD, Mp3, Ipod, etc. (I downloaded it to my Mp3 player & listened to it while I was sewing. )

If it were just audio, I’d be rather disappointed as I’m sure I could never remember most of what I heard. I’d have to listen….& re-listen….The great thing is, tho’, that it came with a student workbook (downloadable). This was great. Full of the tips that I heard on the audio series, this workbook was a great help to me.

Mainly this audio series deals with couponing. We rarely couponed. Grocery U made it so much easier to understand. We now pair what we’ve learned thro’ Grocery U with E-mealz. Guess what? We’re saving money! Thanks, Grocery U!
